The long distances between home and work often cause staff shortages in hospitals. By offering the hospital staff living quarters close to the hospital, the hospital has enough manpower every day to cope with the flow of patients.
A great result
Sufficient nursing staff can help sick patients in time and prevent premature deaths, especially of young children. In this way, we are making a significant contribution to good healthcare in the south of Malawi.
