Because of housing, hospitals have fewer shortages
The long distances between home and work often cause staff shortages in hospitals. By providing hospital staff with living quarters close to the hospital, the hospital has enough manpower every day to handle the flow of patients.
A beautiful result
oor enough nursing staff, sick patients can be helped in a timely manner and premature deaths, especially of young children, are prevented. In doing so, we provide a great significance for good care in southern Malawi.
