How do I apply for a project?

Our foundation is also open to proposals for projects to offer Malawi aid.

Our working method

Submitting an application to Friends for Africa Foundation works as follows:

Guidelines

Review the guidelines and download the "Friends of Africa Project Application Form," PAFFAF.

Preliminary application

Make a preliminary application by submitting your idea to us concisely and without attachments.

Check by SVVA

Does your project idea fit our mission and vision? Then within a few weeks, maximum 4, you will receive an invitation to submit a detailed project description. If we reject your preliminary application, unfortunately it is not possible to submit an objection.

Submit form

Submit the completed "PAFFA" form at projects@vriendenvoorafrika.nl. This includes several documents, such as a project budget and a certified copy of your organization's bylaws. You will be given a list of the attachments that are required.

Updates on progress

You will be kept informed of the progress of the processing of your application through the board of the Foundation. After the complete application has been submitted, including all accompanying documents, you will be notified of the decision within approximately two months. A board member or advisor may contact you in the interim with additional questions.
